As a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics, she finds great joy not only in aiding athletes athletes of every level to perform their best, but also in combining nutrition and fitness principles with the intuitive eating philosophy to allow anyone to optimize their energy levels and mental health.

Heather Caplan

Heather Caplan is a registered dietitian nutritionist with a private practice, podcast, and consulting business. Her preferred exercise is running, both the half-marathon and marathon distances. Heather has worked with athletes of all levels for over a decade, focusing on bringing the non-diet, intuitive eating approach to both sports nutrition and general health coaching. Heather's work has been featured in various national publications such as The Washington Post, Runner's World, Women's Running, Outside Online, and EatingWell.
